E3 2019 | Wolfenstein Youngblood trailer shows off gameplay

The brand-new Wolfenstein Youngblood trailer is here! The E3 2019 trailer gives a glimpse at gameplay for the new entry in the Wolfenstein series. Players will now be more ready than ever to liberate Paris from the Nazis, Wolfenstein-style.

Wolfenstein Youngblood comes from developers Arkane Studios and MachineGames and publisher Bethesda Softworks. The first-person shooter is the first co-op Wolfenstein adventure in the modern gaming era. True to classic Wolfenstein form, you’ll be putting Nazis in their place, this time liberating 1980’s Paris from Nazi clutches. Players can tackle missions solo or with a friend as they play as one of BJ Blazkowicz’s twin daughters, Jess and Soph, as they rip apart the Nazi regime from a base deep within Parisian catacombs. Wolfenstein Youngblood promises an arsenal of weaponry, gadgets, and abilities to help you take down the Reich while searching for the twins’ father.

The gameplay trailer shows off the first-person Nazi-killing goodness that has become the staple of the series. We get a closer look at Paris under Nazi rule, with swastika banners waving around the city and armored guards around every corner. As the daughters of the previous Wolfenstein protagonist, Jess and Soph have Nazi hunting in their DNA. The twins have an arsenal of different weapons of the shooting and stabbing variety at their disposal. You and your co-op buddies will have your work cut out for you with so many armed patrols and mechs in your way. The trailer is a bloody, violent takedown of everyone the twins can get their hands on, demonstrating the creative ways players can eliminate enemies. Enjoy the bloody chaos and plenty of splatters as you work your way through Paris.

Wolfenstein Youngblood is set for release on July 26 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Check out the trailer below!
