“Xbox One Is Built For The Future,” According To New Microsoft Video

Microsoft is very confident in the future of Xbox One, claiming that its upcoming gaming box is essentially future-proof.

There are a load of new features being packing into the Microsoft-branded next-gen console, not the least of which include television integration, a bleeding-edge motion and voice-tracking camera, SmartGlass support, and of course, the almighty power of the cloud. For a full rundown on how "Xbox One is built for the future," check out the video above.

Of course, many of these "features" could just end up being empty promises if they fail to live up to consumers' expectations. Will second-screen gaming really be a relevant thing in a few years' time? Will the cloud really offer new and exciting experiences gamers otherwise couldn't have? Is Kinect 2.0 destined to collect dust on the shelf because no one cares? So many questions, so many possible outcomes.

It truly will be interesting to see how Xbox One fares in the years to come following its release on November 22nd.
