The Walking Dead: Season Two – All That Remains Release Date Outed For PC [Update: XBLA Too]

[Update] Telltale Games has confirmed that The Walking Dead: Season Two – All That Remains will launch on Xbox 360 one day after it arrives on Steam, December 18th. Just one week of waiting left to go!

There's still no word on a PSN release, so stay tuned to GameRevolution for another update.

[Original] Episode one of the second season of Telltale Games' post-apocalyptic zombie adventure series will launch on December 17th, according to its listing on the Steam store.

As was the case with The Wolf Among Us, you can pre-purchase the entire season The Walking Dead for 10% off, making it just $22.49 instead of the usual $24.99. There's still no word yet on when the console versions of the first episode will be released, but you can expect a launch date very close to the 17th, if not the same day.

For a sneak peak at what's to come, here's what the listing's description has to say:

The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned by the undead apocalypse. Left to fend for herself, she has been forced to learn how to survive in a world gone mad.

Many months have passed since the events seen in Season One of The Walking Dead, and Clementine is searching for safety. But what can an ordinary child do to stay alive when the living can be just as bad – and sometimes worse – than the dead? As Clementine, you will be tested by situations and dilemmas that will test your morals and your instinct for survival. Your decisions and actions will change the story around you, in this sequel to 2012’s Game of the Year.

The first episode is titled All That Remains and features a familiar face. Check back later this month for a full review written by yours truly.
