Boss Key Unveils BlueStreak, a Free-to-Play Arena Shooter [Update: Concept Art Revealed]

[Update] Boss Key Productions has released an early peak at what its first game, codenamed BlueStreak, will look like.

Check out the first piece of concept art for the studio's upcoming arena shooter below.

[Original] Cliff Bleszinski and his newly-formed development studio, Boss Key Productions, have revealed the team's first game, which is tentatively named BlueStreak

Bleszinski made the announcement on Twitter, saying, "Friends, @BossKey will be working with Nexon to publish a Free2Play Sci-Fi PC arena shooter code named #BlueStreak."

Aside from this small tidbit of information, the folks over at Boss Key didn't have much else to share with regards to its first project. That said, don't expect to see a pre-rendered trailer anytime soon, as Cliff made it clear that the studio has no intention of releasing "a fake CG trailer showing 'gameplay.'"

While it's hard to get excited about a game that we still know very little about, the fact that Bleszinski is heading up development on BlueStreak is reason enough to keep this one on your radar. After all, the man did invent a chainsaw-equipped lancer.
