Last Week Wii U Sales More Than Double PS4 in Japan

While Wii U's global sales may not instill all that much faith in Nintendo gamers, the company's console is doing a whole heck of a lot better than PlayStation 4 in Japan.

According to last week's hardware sales for the the territory (courtesy of Media Create), Wii U sold more than double that of Sony's next-gen box. A mere 5,470 PS4s were sold while Nintendo moved a far more impressive 13,598 units.
