Escape Dead Island Gets November Release Date

Escape Dead Island, the upcoming side entry in Techland's popular zombie-bashing series, will arrive on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on November 18th, Deep Silver has announced.

Additionally, those who pre-order the game will be granted access to the Dead Island 2 beta, a release date for which has yet to be pinned down.

Escape Dead Island bridges the gap between the original game and its upcoming sequel. It also takes a different slant on gameplay, serving as more of a survival mystery rather than a zombie-slaying romp through a tropical paradise.
