Original story: Twitch streamer Kai Cenat has seemingly been caught engaging in a sex act on stream, while broadcasting to thousands of people.
The incident took place in the bar area of Cenat’s “Mafiathon House,” which he opened up for a virtual tour earlier this year (2023). Viewers were quick to call out the supposed sex act during the stream, and have since taken to social media including Reddit and Twitter to further expose what seems to have happened.

Cenat, who is still streaming live at the time of writing, is yet to comment on the alleged sex act. If it really did take place, it would be a clear violation of Twitch’s terms of service, and users have called for him to be banned as a result. The platform’s community guidelines state that “nudity and sexually explicit content or activities, such as pornography, sexual acts or intercourse, and sexual services, are prohibited.”
A clip of the incident was uploaded to the popular Livestreamfail subreddit, but has since been removed from Twitch. Despite this, it has been lifted and uploaded across other social media platforms, including Twitter and TikTok.
Twitch streamer kimmikka was banned from streaming in 2022 when she was caught seemingly trying to have sex during a live broadcast. She was hit with what she claimed to be a one-week suspension, and now many are calling for Twitch to do the same in this case, pointing out a double standard in enforcing their policies.
Cenat’s popularity on Twitch has reached dizzying heights in recent months, and just yesterday (February 22, 2023), he became the first African-American streamer to hit 200,000 subscribers, making him one of just three streamers in total to ever hit that mark.
