Trainwrecks Calls Twitch’s HasanAbi a ‘Hypocrite’

Kick creator Trainwrecks, aka TrainwrecksTV, real name Tyler Niknam, has called Twitch streamer HasanAbi, real name Hasan Piker, a “hypocrite.” Speaking with Kai Cenat, he said he believes “there’s a hypocrisy in the politics, I think there’s a hypocrisy between what he preaches versus what he does.”

TrainwrecksTV attacks Hasan Piker’s Twitch viewers and editor for “pumping disinformation”

Trainwrecks said, “I think his viewers make excuses that are completely fucking stupid for [Hasan’s supposed hypocrisy], but that is what it is.” The Kick creator then threw it back to when Twitch tightened their rules around streaming gambling content on the platform, which forced a number of creators to adapt and move into other areas, or off the site entirely.

“For the whole gambling stuff, I think it was misrepresented and I think he should do a better job controlling his community and his editor. Those motherfuckers, they’re pumping disinformation – we’re not talking about misinformation – disinformation just to push narratives,” Trainwrecks alleged.

Hasan was very vocal about his personal thoughts surrounding gambling content on Twitch, and got into a number of fiery live debates with other streamers such as xQc when discussing the topic. He rallied behind the #TwitchStopGambling hashtag alongside Pokimane, and celebrated while broadcasting live when Twitch made the announcement about their rule changes.

Trainwrecks concluded with what he called his “number one rule,” that if “you’ve got the truth on your side, you won’t need to twist the context of things, you can just present it how it is.” He claimed that short clips had been made, presumably by Hasan’s community or editor, presenting comments he had made out of context in a “disingenuous light.”

In other news, Amouranth will make her boxing debut against Spanish streamer Mayichi as part of La Velada del Ano 3, and Jake Paul shrugged off his loss to Tommy Fury by dancing to Disney Channel co-star Olivia Rodrigo.
