Marvel’s Spider-Man, The Last of Us PC Sales Totals Revealed

Sony Interactive Entertainment recently announced Marvel’s Spider-Man and The Last of Us Part I PC sales, revealing that both games performed well outside of the PlayStation console.

How much did Marvel’s Spider-Man and The Last of Us Part I sell?

During its latest Games and Network Services presentation, Sony revealed that Marvel’s Spider-Man has surpassed 1.5 million units in sales, generating $52 million in revenue for the company. This continues an impressive performance by the game, which became one of Sony’s biggest-selling PC releases when it launched late last year.

As for The Last of Us Part I, the remake of the iconic game has also performed well. After just releasing earlier this year on PC, The Last of Us Part I has already surpassed 368,000 units in sales according to Sony. This has resulted in $15.5 million in revenue, earning SIE a total of over $67.5 million in revenue as a whole.

During the presentation, Head of PlayStation Studios Herman Hulst also said that the PC market for Sony has continued to grow and has “become a substantial part” of the PlayStation business going forward.

Hulst credited Sony’s acquisition of Bungie and the performance of Spider-Man and The Last of Us Part I as big reasons for the division performing well.
