Has Halo 5: Guardians’ Release Date Just Been Leaked?

While Halo 5: Guardians isn't set to release until well into 2015, we may already have a good idea of exactly when developer 343 Industries is planning to launch the highly anticipated Xbox One exclusive.

In photo posted on Twitter by 343i's new employee Michael Cavanaugh, a countdown timer (or at least what appears to be one) can be spotted in the background. It reads "382" and after doing a little bit of basic math, you'll realize that 382 days from the time of the tweet is November 10, 2015.

While not every Halo game has been released in November, a whole bunch of them have (including the upcoming Halo: The Master Chief Collection), so a November 10 release for Halo 5 sounds totally reasonable.

Mind you, 343 Industries has yet to say anything about the game's release date beside the fact that it's coming next year. As such, sit tight and treat this "leak" as mere rumor for the time being.
