Tell GR: What Is Your Favorite Horror Game of All Time?

I don't know about you, but I just love Halloween. It ushers in the holiday season, brings back so many great fall memories, and… well… pumpkins are totally awesome! Oh yeah, it also is a great time to indulge in spooky and horror-filled entertainment, not the least of which includes video games.

I'll admit it, I'm not the biggest horror fan in the world, but there are a few titles in the genre that I absolutely adore. Interestingly enough, my two absolute favorites launched on GameCube. That's right, Nintendo's hardly-intimidating purple cube of a console. Can you guess which two games I'm talking about?

That's right, Eternal Darkness and Resident Evil 4. If you don't know why they are at the top of my list, clearly you haven't played through them. If that's the case, I highly recommend you drop what you're doing (after commenting below, of course), hunt down both titles, and then play them on October 31. Believe me, it'll be worth your while.

That said, we're all entitled to our own opinions, so I'm sure there are some of you out there that have other favorites in the horror genre. So tell us…
