What Are You Playing? October 19th, 2017

This week has seen the release of South Park: The Fractured But Whole, Ubisoft’s follow-up to 2014’s critically acclaimed The Stick of Truth. As outlined in our review, we were entertained by the game even though it didn’t quite live up to the high standard set by its predecessor, and it notably struggled in the comedy stakes.

Other game releases include WWE 2K18, which has been doing the rounds on YouTube recently as a result of its innumerable number of glitches and bugs (take a look at newLEGACYinc’s hilarious video below). As a big wrestling fan I’ve been playing a lot of the game this week, and many of its matches descend into utter, unintentional chaos.

If neither of those two games tickled your fancy, then perhaps you were busy playing Gran Turismo Sport on the PS4. Though its servers ensured that we couldn’t get a full review of the game up on GR, you can read our review-in-progress with our initial thoughts right here.

But that’s enough about us — what were you playing this week? Let us know in the comments section below, or head on over to our forum to share your opinions with our other loyal readers!
