Shadow of the Colossus PS4

What Are You Playing? Shadow of the Colossus, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, and More

You know what they say — you sit around all January waiting for new games to launch, then suddenly you’re buried beneath a brand new Monster Hunter, a Dragon Ball fighting game and a Team Ico remake. At least, that’s how I think that saying goes, anyway…

This week GR has had a whole bunch of games to get through, with Jason sinking his teeth into Shadow of the Colossus for his review while simultaneously plowing through Monster Hunter World, Cody tackling Lost Sphear, while I’ve been juggling my time between Dragon Ball FighterZ and MHW, too.

As you can read in my review, I’m suitably impressed with what Arc System Works has pulled off with FighterZ, even if its online component is held back as a result of a few curious oversights. Coincidentally, I also share a similar opinion of Monster Hunter World it wants you to watch its cutscenes alone, which features a baffling co-op mode that refuses to let you play through its story alongside your friends because. Still, I’m having a lot of fun with the game, even if I wish it was easier to party up with my pals.

On top of this, I’ve also been playing some Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. Along with the vast majority of other outlets, we were given our review copy on release day, so our final verdict should be on GR later this week.

But that’s enough about us; what are the games that YOU are playing this week? As always, let us know in the comments below.
