What Are You Playing? Divinity 2, Warframe, and God of War

It’s been a relatively quiet week for video games meaning that aside from piling more hours into God of War, the GameRevolution staff have been diving into their backlog before May’s releases roll around. Take a look at what GR has been playing this week, and remember to tell us what YOU have been playing in the comments section below.

Paul Tamburro: So after growing a little frustrated with it in its final act, my party and I have returned to Divinity: Original Sin 2. After loving Acts I – III, Act IV’s been a big let-down and the final boss fight is an exercise in frustration more than it is enjoyable. It’s still a great game, but the fun has really been sucked out of it in this final stretch.

Astrid Johnson: I’ve been playing a lot of Warframe lately, which has been talked about extensively online to no end. Nothing quite beats slicing up weird gross alien dudes as a funky space ninja with a giant ax and a garish color scheme.

Jason Faulkner: I’ve been streaming God of War on our Twitch channel, and I can honestly say it’s just as fun the second time through. Besides that, I’ve been taking a look at Frostpunk (and having my poor citizens freeze to death pretty quickly).

Alleef Ashaari: After God of War, I went back to Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom to finish off the story. I’m still reeling from the endings of both games and how great they were. I have since returned to Midgard with Kratos and Boy, defeating the Valkyries, as well as trying to complete the Muspelheim and Niflheim realms.

Bradley Russell: FINALLY got round to playing God of War. It’s always a little weird diving in when the hype has died down but that’s probably for the best. Even if the ‘boy’ memes have ruined the opening hours already!
