Use a text editor to edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\18 wos pedal to the metal" directory located in your \home. Go to the "uset g_console" line and change its value to "1". Then, in game, go to the console with "~", type the cheat and ENTER, and press "~" again to leave the console.

cheat all Every driver, dealer, and $600,000
cheat money $100,000
cheat stars Max Prestige
cheat star +10 Prestige
cheat drivers Every driver
cheat dealers Every truck dealer


No Cops or Traffic:
Using the same procedure above, use a text editor to edit the "config.cfg" file in the "\18 wos pedal to the metal" directory located in your \home. Go to the "uset g_traffic density" and change its value from 10.0 to 0.0.
