I heard that there's an official Microsoft rechargeable battery pack that can be used with the Play and Charge Kit, and another one that's only a "shell" battery compartment that you attach to your controller and use normal disposable batteries for it. Which kind of battery pack is included when you buy an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller?

Depends on what the box says. Usually they come in rechargeable batteries, but some may not. The disposable batteries are AA size if you need that info as well. _________________

Batteries. You can get a combo play and charge / wireless controller pack though. That's what I got at least. _________________
