Bethesda Confirms Third Ever E3 Showcase For June 11th

Bethesda has announced that it will host its third ever E3 showcase on Sunday, June 11th.

This announcement followed yesterday's reveal that Microsoft will host its E3 press conference on the same Sunday before the show, spelling the end of a long tradition of the big three showcasing their games on Monday and Tuesday. Bethesda mentioned this indirectly in its confirmation tweet.

Prey and The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind will be released prior to the conference, raising questions as to what the company will show off during what is likely to be a one hour showcase. It has been rumored that The Evil Within 2 is in production. There is also likely a Fallout 4 expansion on the horizon.

The past two Bethesda showcases have netted great results, with substantial announcements stirring discussion in the gaming community.
