New LEGO Chima Brand Announces Three Video Games

Over the holidays, LEGO announced a new line of LEGO toys akin to their Ninjago line called Legends of Chima, which like Ninjago will include its own TV series and a few games. Over 2013, Chima will roll out three games, but none of them are for home consoles.

LEGO Legends of Chima: Speedorz is, as it sounds, a racing game that will release on LEGO.com today and on iOS tomorrow, January 3rd. Next on the list is what LEGO calls "an amazing adventure," LEGO Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey for 3DS and Vita. Lastly, a free-to-play online MMO aptly called LEGO Legends of Chima Online will launch this Fall.

All three games will connect to "The Chima Vault," an online network that will reward players with points that can be used in Chima Online.

While LEGO hasn't come out and said that they will be ending the Ninjago line this year, they have said that they hope Chima will take over Ninjago's sales by 30 percent by the end of the year. If you're a Ninjago collector, it sounds like your window is closing to complete your collection.
