What Are You Playing? October 25th

A little-known indie game releases today. We’re not sure whether or not you’ve heard of it, but apparently, some folks are excited for Red Dead Redemption 2. It’s a cowboy game or something; a pretty niche release, but a few members of the GameRevolution team are looking forward to it. Weird.

But what games are YOU playing this week? As always, let us know in the comments section below!

Jason Faulkner: Rooting, tooting, and shooting in Red Dead Redemption 2. The review may be done, but the west is far from won, and I aim to tame every square inch of land by force.

Michael Leri: In addition to finishing the great Spider-Man DLC, I’ve been running through Castlevania Symphony of the Night and Rondo of Blood. One has aged splendidly so far while the other makes my blood boil. If you can pick up on my subtle hint, you can maybe figure out which is which.

Paul Tamburro: I’ve been playing Black Ops 4, and steadily coming to the conclusion that I suck at Call of Duty and no one should ever let me play another one of these ever again. Seriously, when Black Ops 5 comes out, just take my PS4 away from me.

Mack Ashworth: Playing (and loving) Black Ops 4 multiplayer until the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2. Following the delays, I’m pretty impatient to get stuck into the latest Rockstar game. Yee-haw!

Bradley Russell: I’ve been on holiday this week so I’ve been getting my gaming fix by wheeling and dealing on the FIFA 19 Companion App. The Vatican’s got nothing on this. I may have a problem.

Chris Capel: Being a gigantic DC nerd, I’m currently stuck into LEGO DC Super Villains. There’s an astonishing amount of stuff to do in it. I’ve finished the story and been doing all the side-quests I can find, and I’m still only at 23% completion, with less than half of the 160 characters in the game unlocked. I plan on getting all of them…

Alleef Ashaari: Jumped back into Spider-Man PS4 for The Heist DLC. Managed to complete the entire DLC in a few hours, but it was an amazing expansion of what the base game already did so brilliantly. I love that one of my all-time favorite Spidey suits is now in the game, Kaine’s Scarlet Spider costume. Now that I’m done with that, I can focus on Red Dead Redemption 2 when it arrives.
