To find McLovin in Far Cry 3, head to the southern tip of the peninsula to the west (south of the shark infested harbor). On the east side of that peninsula, you'll find the lost Hollywood star near some bodies hung up in the trees. Just walk over to the head buried in the sand and interact with it to unlock the Say Hi To The Internet Trophy/Achievement.
