Xbox One May Outship PS4 By Threefold At Launch

While the Xbox One seems to have so much going against it right now, some momentum appears to be shifting in favor of Microsoft's next-gen console, and a new report suggests that supply may put it ahead of the PlayStation 4.

According to Baird analyst Colin Sebastian, the Xbox One could outship the PlayStation 4 by two or even threefold this fall. "Despite losing the headline battle at E3, Microsoft's Xbox One appears to be regaining some momentum, in part due to the used and online policy tweaks,” he explained. “Importantly, our supply chain checks suggest Microsoft may have the benefit of a 2-3x unit advantage at launch compared to Sony's PS4."

Do you think this will prove to be a major advantage for Microsoft this holiday season? Which next-gen console are you leaning towards right now? Sound off with your thoughts in the comments below.
