There is no time factor all you need to do is hit each Oil tanker in the rudder or propeller to capture it if you fail one from the 7 you will fail,bear left in the beginning to avoid the e boats then bear right for the first tanker then left for the second then right again if you continue this way for the first 5 then go imbetween the icebergs you should be able to fire a torpedo into the rear end of the next 2 letting you extract when ready.
