Keep your resource units and crafting buildings running at full-tilt.
Gain experience as quickly as possible in order to unlock new buildings and characters.
Construct buildings and resources as soon as you unlock them.
Build multiples of every building that you can.
Buy land with the goal of making your way towards a new Ancient Wonder or a new character that you can unlock.
Purchase the Dragons as soon as you unlock them.
Torches are ALWAYS needed, because you need to use them in order to explore an Ancient Legend. Load up on a surplus of torches so that you can do constant exploration, enabling you to earn massive amounts of experience points and a whole smorgasbord of treasures.
Use the time lapse cheat to speed up everything that you do.
