NASCAR ’14 Launching In Early 2014

Publisher Deep Silver has announced NASCAR '14 for an early 2014 release for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, which likely means that NASCAR won't be emerging onto next-gen consoles (which will soon be current-gen consoles) until 2015.

Developed by Eutechnyx, it will have both local cooperative multiplayer and online multiplayer for up to 16 players. The NASCAR Highlights mode will recreate certain real-world races, down to the car condition, weather, and track positions, and challenge you to reach the exact winning paramaters. The Career mode will be more freeform, allowing you to build custom vehicles and acquire different official sponsors against other official teams and racers.

NASCAR '14 will release at the slightly lower price of $49.99.
