New Game From Rocksteady Reportedly Coming Next Year

Rocksteady Studios, the development team behind Batman: Arkham Asylum and City, is reportedly working on a new game that will launch sometime next year.

Kotaku's Superannuation discovered some striking similarities between job postings on the studio's official website and a separate job listing site, which is seeking a lead environment artist, senior concept artist, and a junior 3D artist. While Rocksteady isn't mentioned in these listings, the studio in question is a "AAA UK console studio," and the Batman: Arkham creators are based in London.

The most interesting bit of news here is that the listings say that the team's "current project has been tipped to be one of the most successful games of 2014," so if this is in fact Rocksteady, this means we'll be getting a new title from them next year.

If that is in fact the case, are you hoping they return to the Dark Knight, or would you rather see them pursue something entirely new? Let us know in the comments below.
