Second Episode Of The Wolf Among Us Coming Next Month

The folks over at Telltale Games have provided a release window for the second episode in their adventure series set in the Fables universe. The Wolf Among Us Episode 2: Smoke & Mirrors will launch during the first week of February.

Telltale made the announcement earlier today on its Twitter account by posting the following image along with the words: "Be on the lookout for 'Jack' in #TheWolfAmongUs Ep 2: 'Smoke & Mirrors' (2 of 2) Coming 1st week of Feb!" The first image the studio posted can be seen at the start of this article.

I don't know about you, but for me it has been a long and excruciating wait for the second episode, especially when thinking back to that nail-biter of a cliffhanger that the first episode ended on. Fortunately, the studio doesn't anticipate such a long gap between future episodes of the series.

Over on the studio's community forums, Telltale explained:

We are very concerned about the long delay for this episode, but this is one of those occasions where several things conspired against us (not to mention the additional delays due to the holidays). I won't dive into the details, but it’s been an unusual and specific set of circumstances and we do not anticipate it happening again as we go forward with the rest of the season.

Be sure to check back here in February for a full review written by yours truly. In the meantime, feel free to voice your excitement in the comments below.
