March 2014: Buy, Try, or Die

Oh, March. Christmas, Part 2. The month where the Irish get drunk and all the games delayed last year decide to crowd our lives as if January and February don't exist. As if we don't already have enough going on… you know, like a little thing called GDC.

In fact, several developers don't care at all, and have scheduled the likes of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes during the week when we're predisposed. Reminds me of the time when BioShock Infinite did the same thing last year. Really, you guys? Really?!

But us press folks can't complain too much. It's about time we're swamped with too many awesome games. My review for South Park: The Stick of Truth just went live, and the second episode of The Walking Dead Season 2 has been unleashed today too.

Then of course is Dark Souls II and Titanfall on March 11, the latter of which I suspect all of the brahs will drool over, if only to justify (finally) the cost of the Xbox One. Then after Yoshi's New Island releasing March 14 is the much touted prologue, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, as well as Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remastered. A short breathe later will be inFAMOUS: Second Son and the final piece/swansong for Irrational Studios in the second episode of Burial at Sea. *sniffle*

And then the rest of the month has over 30 titles for all of us to chew on. *drowns in jewel cases*
