Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Not Region-Locked in Americas

Atlus has announced via press release that Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will not be region-locked for both North and South America. Slated to release for Fall 2014, the game will come with a Teddie bop bag and the first set of Persona Tarot cards, with the second set coming paired with Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth, so long as you pre-order a copy of the upcoming fighter or obtain a first-run edition as supplies are limited.

For the first week of the game's launch, Persona 4 villain Tohru Adachi will be available as a free DLC character. Also check out the official box art featuring Yu Narukami being bold and undershirt-less.

Atlus will also be attending EVO 2014, where you can check out hands-on demos of P4AU, compete in a $1000 side tournament for the original Persona 4 Arena starting July 11 at 4pm, and meet John Hardin from Atlus in person.
