Don’t Worry, Alien: Isolation’s Pre-Order DLC Will Be Available Separately Down the Road

Alien: Isolation has some interesting pre-order DLC coming for those that put money down on the game at GameStop, not the least of which includes content starring the cast of the original Alien film.

Fortunately, you don't have to give GameStop your money early to get in on this add-on content, as developer Creative Assembly has confirmed that all of the digital goodies will be available separately at a later date.

"However, some of you have been asking if the two pieces of content are only available through pre-order or if we'll be releasing them at a later date as well," the studio's community manager, Ngan Nguyen, explained in a post on Facebook. "So, I can confirm today that we do plan to release both Crew Expendable and Last Survivor at a later date and we'll have more details for you guys on that shortly."

What are your thoughts on pre-order bonuses? Good? Bad? Somewhere in between? I must admit, I'm not a fan.

Don't forget, Alien: Isolation launches on October 7th for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PS3, and PC. You can read our E3 preview here.
