Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Second Add-On Content Arriving December 16

The Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack: The Holodome Onslaught (or the UVHUP: THO…) for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel will be arriving December 16 on PS3, X360, and Steam.

It will include cameos from Gaige and Axton, who were absent in the game, but ask Athena for a fast-and-loose recounting of the events. This means facing off in The Holodome Onslaught, a challenge arena that as you might suspect has you getting through a gauntlet of foes in waves. Expect new weapons, class mods, and new customizable parts.

On top of that, the add-on pack comes with the upgrade pack which raises the level cap to 60 which gives 10 additional skill points for every character. A free patch next week will also add a third difficulty, the Ultimate Vault Hunter mode, which will scale enemies to your level. The Holodome Onslaught will be included in the Season Pass and will be sold separately for $9.99.
