Assassin’s Creed Creator Developing New AAA “Historical” Game

Patrice Desilets, the creator of the Assassin's Creed franchise, has announced that he's working on a brand-new AAA franchise that features historical elements.

"Indeed AAA Games, I believe in them," Désilets said. "I believe wholeheartedly that this medium we call 'video games' can be a positive force for change in our society and that AAA quality gaming experiences have unmatched strength to achieve this."

The title will be a third-person "historical-action-survival" game and is in development at Desilets' newly-formed studio Panache Digital Games. You can visit the studio's official site here.
