OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 Review: Ergonomic Chair Is Great for Gaming

There are a lot of options when looking for a premium gaming chair. While many of those marketed towards gamers specifically can be quite gaudy, those looking for a more practical solution can look toward ergonomic chairs instead. The OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 is one of the best possible options, allowing you to stay comfortable for long durations while gaming.

It should be noted that assembly winds up being a bit more complicated than your average gaming chair, but thankfully, there’s a helpful assembly guide video, and the instructions are quite clear on what to do. As long as you follow along closely, you shouldn’t have any major issues. It’s all worth putting together, though, as the ergonomic chair winds up offering a relaxing feel that is the best feeling chair I’ve used.

So what makes the OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 so comfortable? It’s a combination of its extremely sturdy metal chassis, which is made out of aluminum alloy — giving it a perfect sturdy foundation that will give you support for up to 15 years — and an incredible amount of adjustability using OdinLake’s WireControl mechanism. Inspired by bicycle brake cables, the WireControl allows users to easily adjust the seat without having to bend over any. This lets you find the ideal sitting posture while you get down to business, be it typing at your desk or staying comfortable during the fifth straight hour of competitive gaming.

As its name suggests, the OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 chair features a butterfly split backrest that adds great value. The backrest has five height settings, allowing the chair to fit your back no matter your height. It does a great job alleviating back pain for prolonged sitting sessions and has dynamic lumbar support. You also won’t get hot while sitting thanks to the chair’s FlexBreath mesh, which is a durable material that feels and looks great, being a nice blend of style and quality.

What makes the backrest so great, though, is that it can be locked at nearly any angle. Easy to operate, you can have the chair lock anywhere between 90 and 135 degrees, allowing you to fully relax. The arm and leg rests allow you to fully give your body a break while gaming or watching a movie, which is exactly what you need while relaxing. It’s top-notch comfort and a premium sitting experience.

During use, I was particularly impressed by the 3D armrest, which, like the rest of the chair, can easily be adjusted to your needs. It’s also a smooth chair to move around with its silent casters, and I was able to easily move it without making noise, whether on carpet or wood flooring. Every aspect of the OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 is high quality, and this is a case in which you truly get what you’re paying for.

OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 Review: Final Verdict

The OdinLake Ergo Butterfly 753 is a slick ergonomic chair that gives maximum comfort while still being stylish. With a great 3D adjustable armrest and a large headrest, you’ll never feel uncomfortable even if you spend hours at a time sat gaming or working. The FlexBreath Mesh does a great job of keeping the user comfortable during long sittings, and this is when the chair really shines. It’s one of the best ergonomic chairs available and one that is worth investing in if you’re willing to pay for premium quality.
