Fast Money and Levels:


When in a chapter with both a shop, where you can buy potions, and an arena ( Like chapter 5 ), send the character you want to lvl up to the arena, and send one of your riders to the shop to buy potions. Let the knight provide the fighting person in the arena with potions. The fighter gains XP and you gain money. Repeat with all characters for the best results!





Control Your Enemies:


In any chapter if you have a mine give it to an archer or other weaker units. Next place the mine in the space that you think the ememy is going to attack from. When the enemy is taking damage from the mine turn the game off. It will resume when the enemy is taking damage. After that you can control the enemy for one turn. In this turn you can make the chapter easy by making the enemy units discard their weapons. 





Fix Items Instantly:


Have an enemy Thief steal the item you want repaired then steal the item back.   





Secret Shop Locations:


To find these hidden shops that sell powerful equipment and items, you will need to go to them with a character who has a 
Member's Card Special Item, which you can steal from an enemy in Chapter 19. 





(1) In Chapter 19: Go to the upper-left hand corner of the map and reach the clearing between a pair of broken walls
over the room with the two chests.




 
(2) In Chapter 19: In the lower-right corner of the map, check behind a wall.




 
(3) In Chapter 21: Go to the upper-left hand corner of the map. It's the empty room.




 
(4) In Chapter 23: If the boss of the map is Linus, go to th island on the right side of the map. If not, go to the lone house
left of the map's center. The shop will be in the trees above the house.




 
(5) In Chapter 29: At the bottom-left corner of the map, the shop is in the 2 x 2 square area to the left of the lone chest. Use the warp
staff to reach the area.




 
(6) In Chapter 30: In the trees at the upper-right edge of the map.




 
Get Merlinus Early in the Game:


Have a unit visit the village in the top-left corner in Chapter 13 to get Chapter 13x. Protect Merlinus throughout the mission.
