How to enter and activate Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire cheats
To enter and activate Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire cheat codes, you must have a GameShark or Action Replay for the GameBoy Advance. However, for emulators on PC, the player can input codes into the Cheat List in the Cheats tab on Visual Boy Advance.
