  Beat 18 Race Missions. Find the car at (82, 19) on the last island.
Health Pickup: 


  Beat 9 Paramedic Missions.
Flame Thrower: 


  Beat 20 Fire Truck Missions on every island.
Police bribes: 


  Every time you complete 10 vigilante missions you'll get a police bribe at your hideout. Beat 20 on each island to get 6 bribes total.
Borgnine taxi: 


Deliver 50 fares in a taxi then go to your Portland hideout. 
Run forever:


Beat 12 paramedic missions.
