Press and hold Shift + Ctrl + C on the main screen to open the

CHEATS option. On the Cheats Screen, type one of the following:

GLOBALAll tracks are selectable
DEV 6All cars are selectable
RACE CORPSAll seasons are selectable in Championship Mode
