Easy Money: 


Go into Vegeta's story mode and go back a little so that you enter the city. Nappa will explode at and you will get some money.
 Then go to the snowy island and go near the right end. You will get more money. Save and exit the game. Then go back into 
 Vegeta's story mode and do it over again.
Gold and Black Membership Cards:


Instead of paying Zenie for the cards, they may be obtained by Goku on an island just West-Northwest of the main continent, if his level is high enough. If your character level is 
over 15, you will get the Gold Membership Card. At levels over 30, you will find the Black Membership Card.
Destroyed levels: 


Press Circle at the Level Select screen, and you'll get the destroyed version of that level. Does not work for the World Tournment Arena, Hypervolic Time Chamber, or levels Inside Buu.
  Budokai 2 bonuses: 


  Start a new game with a Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 save file on your memory card to get a Bardock capsule, a Bibidi's pot capsule, and a silver membersip card capsule.
Unlock All Characters and Capsules: 


Go to the Main Menu to buy capsules. Click on the capsule that says "Gamble". If you buy a capsule from gamble you will see that your percentage will increase by five. Keep on repeating this process until you are satisfied!
Z mode: 


Beat Dragon Universe on very hard.
Z2 mode:


Beat Dragon Universe on Z mode.
Z3 mode: 


Beat Dragon Universe on Z2 mode.
Gold card:   


Spend 100,000 zenie in the shop, or level a character up to 30.
Black card: 


  Spend
250,000 zenie in shop, or level a character up to 15. 
Uub:


Defeat kid buu in dragon universe with Goku but, defeat kidd buu with the spirit bomb. 
You absorb more energy when you are just regular Goku (Don't use super sayian 1,2,3,4). Let Your super sayian have the
 final Blow to unlock Uub.
 
Fat Buu: 


Get through Dragon Universe with Goku.
 
Gogeta (ssj2): 


After you beat Broly in Dragon Universe, beat Gotenks at the World Tournament Arena.
 
Gogeta (ssj4): 


In Vegeta's Dragon Universe, instead of going to fight Kid Buu, go and find Goku, Super Saiyan 4.
 
Goku (ssj4): 


Beat Kid Buu with a super spirit bomb. Instead of going to dot in the Dragon Universe continuation, go to the ??? on the islands next to the dot.
 
Vegito (Goku): 


Beat Super Buu as Goku in Buu's body in Dragon Universe.
 
Vegito (Vegeta): 


Beat Super Buu as Vegeta in Buu's body in Dragon Universe.
 
Videl: 


Go to point 4 on the map (the plains) with Gohan.
 
Supreme Kai / Kaioshin: 


In Dragon Universe with Gohan, find Kai on the plains before the last battle.
Android 16: 


Look for him on the South Island plain and then take him to Bulma in West City.
Android 17: 


Use Piccolo and defeat Android 17 in the Dragon Universe.
Android 18:


Use Krillin to beat Dragon Universe mode.
Captain Ginyu:


In Dragon Universe, beat Captain Ginyu with Goku.
Cell: 


In Dragon Universe, beat Cell with Teen Gohan.
Teen Gohan: 


Beat Dragon Universe with Kid Gohan.
Dabura:  


Beat Dabura in story mode with Teen Gohan.
Dr. Gero: 


Beat Dr. Gero in Dragon Universe with Yamcha.
Cell Jr: 


Beat Piccolo in Dragon Arena when he breaks in.
Saibaman: 


Beat Nappa when he breaks in the Dragon Arena.
Frieza: 


Beat Frieza in Dragon Univese with Goku.
Gohan:  


Use Teen Gohan and beat Dragon Universe.
Goten: 


Beat Goten in Dragon Universe with Gohan.
Great Saiyaman:   


Beat Cell in story mode with Kid Gohan.
Hercule   


Go to the desert in Picollo's DU. Help him then go to Central City and talk to Videl.
Kid Buu:  

 
Beat Kid Buu in Dragon Universe with Goku.
Kid Goku:  


Beat Dragon Universe with Broly OR Visit Grandpa Gohan's house before fighting Vegeta.
Vegeta:


Beat Vegeta in Dragon Universe with Goku.
Bardock:


Start Dragon Universe with Goku. Before you go to defeat Raditz, look to his ship. You will find Bardock`s capsule there.
Kid Trunks:  


Beat Majin Buu in Dragon Universe with Vegeta.
Majin Buu:   


  Beat Majin Buu in Dragon Universe with Goku.
Omega Shenron: 


When you are asked to fight Gotenks in the tournament, visit Bulma (West City) first, then defeat Gotenks.
Recoome: 


Beat Recoome in Dragon Universe with Goku.
Super Buu: 


Beat Super Buu in Dragon Universe with Goku.
Trunks:


Beat Dragon Universe with Vegeta.
Dragon Arena: 


Beat Dragon Universe with everyone except Broly.
