Extra Options:


Hold all four top buttons (R1, R2, L1, L2) at the Options screenn and press X. 
It will give you hidden options, such as

Change Gravity
Change Player Size
New Courts

Different Ships in Speedy's Space Race:

Win an Intergalactic Tournament on Hard difficulty level with a Tune Squad member, then play another game. Pick Space Race and you'll have more ships to choose from.

Free Goaltending:

Hit only the top targets in Lola's Hall of Hijinx to enable free goaltending.

All Michael Jordan:

Play as Toonsquad and don't score any points then start a new game with 1 on 1 and use Michael Jordan and you will have 3 Michaels
