 Hold L1 + R1 and press Up, Right, Down, Left at the main menu.  You'll hear a sound if you did it right. 
Black and red ball:

 Hold L1 + R1 and press Up, Down, Left, Right at the main menu.  Once again, you'll hear a sound if entered correctly. 
All teams:

At the main menu, hold L1 + R1 and press Left, Right, Left, Right to unlock all teams. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a bang.

Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding team:



Chicago All-Stars: Defeat the Chicago Bulls in a Back To Basics game.
