Broly is available for purchase there standalone for around $5 USD.

However, you may not have to purchase him for $5, as there is another way of how to unlock Broly in Dragon Ball FighterZ without spending some extra cash if you don’t have to. If you have already secured the $35 USD FighterZ Pass that includes all DLC characters and content, then you’re good to go. Or, if you purchased a version of the game at launch that comes with the pass for free.
