Yakuza 6 PC Release Date: Is Yakuza 6 Coming to PC?

At the time of publishing, you can pick this game up on PS4 across North America but the same can’t be said about the Yakuza 6 PC release date. When will the latest adventure in Kiryu’s story be available for players that prefer playing on PC to enjoy it? This is an important question.

Though the series has been a long-standing PlayStation exclusive franchise, PC is for the most part excluded from that. Many other console exclusive titles have made their way to PC as well, so it would totally make sense for a Yakuza 6 PC release date to be in our near future. But when is it?

Yakuza 6 PC Release Date Explained: Will It Come to PC?

As for the Yakuza 6 PC release date, it is currently unknown. That is because the game is only confirmed for PS4 at this point in time. As of right now, there are no announcements whatsoever about a PC release date, let alone confirmation of a port coming in the future. However, not all hope is lost.

Given the fact that so many “console exclusive” games make their way to PC at some point before or after or at the launch of the console version, it totally makes sense that Yakuza 6 PC could happen someday. In fact, Sega has given us some evidence by which this could certainly be possible.

In an interview with PC Gamer at E3 2017 last summer, Sega Europe’s Senior Vice President of Commerical Publishing, John Clark, revealed that Sega is thinking about bringing the series to PC just as much as fans are. In fact, he believes that it would be absolutely “incredible” to make something like a Yakuza 6 PC version happen. So, don’t give up hope just yet.
