Pokemon Quest evolution exists, and the various monsters you add to your team can turn into their more powerful forms just like in the main games. Even Eevee can evolve in Pokemon Quest to its myriad different forms. Evolving your Pokemon in Quest isn’t as hard as it may seem at first, and mostly depends on leveling up. Below we’ll tell you everything you need to know about how to evolve in Pokemon Quest, including how to evolve Eevee.
How to Evolve in Pokemon Quest
After the tutorial, you should wind up with three different Pokemon on your team. You’ll have gotten a good start in the game. You should have all three monsters at around level 3, and in a good spot to push ahead further. The more you fight, the more you level up, and with your initial team you should rack up experience pretty quick through the first few areas.
Like the main Pokemon games, the key to evolving in Pokemon Quest is leveling up. There’s not a ton of unusual stuff you have to do to get your Pokefriends ready to move on to their next forms. Just hit the right level and they’ll start evolving. The downside is that there’s no way to cancel evolution in Pokemon Quest. The only way you can keep your creatures the way they are is by obtaining an Everstone and making them hold it.
Even the Pokemon who typically need a special item or condition to evolve in the main games will do so at a certain level in Pokemon Quest. Other than those changes Pokemon seem to evolve around the levels they do in the main games, so look for them to change around level 16-18 for their second form and around level 36 if they have a third form.
How to Evolve Eevee in Pokemon Quest: How to Get Flareon, Vaporeon, and Jolteon
Eevee is the one Pokemon so far in Pokemon Quest that has a bit of nuance to its evolution. Eevee evolves at level 36, but you have to follow the right steps to choose which of its forms that you want.
So far it seems like the Eevee evolution you get depends on which slot it’s in when it evolves:
- Red slot: Flareon
- Blue slot: Vaporeon
- Green slot: Jolteon
Whether or not any of Eevee’s other forms are available hasn’t been discovered yet, but you can be sure we’ll be keeping an eye out.
