Destiny 2 Forsaken Missing Fix: What to Do if Expansions are Gone

If you logged into Destiny 2 to find Forsaken gone, take a deep breath, you’re not alone. A glitch in a recent update caused Destiny 2 expansion content to go missing for some when they logged into the game. However, there’s a quick and easy fix if you load up the game and find the Tangled Shores, Mercury, and Mars are all gone.

Destiny 2 Forsaken Missing Fix: How to Get Back Your Expansion Content

If you’ve been enjoying Destiny 2 Forsaken, it can be pretty jarring to log in and see that the director only contains the content from the base game. Considering all the expansion content to this point costs $60 or more to buy on top of the base game, your wallet may be crying at the prospect of having to acquire it all again.

However, this glitch, fortunately, has a super easy fix. If your Destiny 2 expansion content is gone when you load the game all you have to do is quit out of the game and then log back in. Once you do, Forsaken should be back along with Curse of Osiris and Warmind.

If for some reason the above fix doesn’t work, and you still find that Forsaken is gone, you might want to do a full shutdown on whatever platform you’re playing the game on and then try again. If you launch Destiny 2 and find that your expansions are still gone, you’ll want to reach out to Bungie Support at their Twitter or website.

Glitches like this can be a huge pain, but it’s always awesome when they have such an easy fix. Forsaken is a great expansion which at least partially makes up for the disappointments we had with Curse of Osiris and Warmind and breathes new life into Destiny 2. With this fix, you should be able to get back in the game in no time.
