Far Cry New Dawn PvP | Is there online PvP multiplayer?
If you’re looking to battle it out against fellow Far Cry New Dawn players online in any kind of PvP mode, we’re sorry to break the news that there isn’t any PvP offering in the game. In today’s video game climate, a lack of PvP online multiplayer may come as something of a surprise. For fans of Far Cry, however, it shouldn’t.
The Far Cry series is largely a singleplayer only experience. Despite this, you could certainly imagine some kind of PvP set in the game’s world. A Far Cry New Dawn player vs player battle royale mode wouldn’t feel amiss, anyway. We’re not surprised that there is no PvP multiplayer in Far Cry New Dawn, but it may be a little disappointing to some.
Far Cry New Dawn PvP | Is there any online multiplayer?
Although there is no online PvP multiplayer (or split-screen for that matter), you can play the entirety of Far Cry New Dawn in online co-op with up to three other friends. Despite this, a lack of PvP is a touch disappointing, if expected. Could we, however, see Ubisoft add in any online Far Cry New Dawn PvP multiplayer?
Ubisoft could add some sort of PvP multiplayer mode into Far Cry New Dawn via a patch. Other developers have done similar things and it isn’t completely outside the realms of possibility. While stranger things have happened, however, we would be surprised if Ubisoft ever did this. It just doesn’t seem likely at all given Far Cry is a series that is famous for its singleplayer campaigns.
