Anthem Quick Play Broken | How to fix Quickplay

One of the best ways of grinding in Anthem is through the game’s Quick Play mode. Being able to quickly join an in-progress mission can often mean that some of the objectives have already been completed, acting as a shortcut to the end-of-mission loot and XP. For those looking to power up their Javelin as quickly as possible, or to level up to 30 in the swiftest manner, the Quickplay mode is the best the way to go. Unfortunately, users are suffering from an Anthem Quick Play broken situation, making what should be a speedy experience, actually slower than the normal path of selecting a mission and starting fresh. Here’s how to fix Quickplay, or at least a workaround until BioWare is able to roll out a patch/update.

Anthem Quick Play Broken | What are the errors?

Anthem Quick Play Broken

Over on the dedicated Anthem page on EA Answers, users are reporting many issues about Anthem Quick Player Broken errors. It appears that players joining an in-progress mission, sometimes find it impossible to progress. There are no waypoints to follow and the objective itself refuses to update.

It isn’t clear if these issues are directly tied to Quickplay. It’s possible that the missions are bugged before the player joins. Players exiting a mission because it has bugged out could explain why there is suddenly room for another player to join. If that mission continues to be hosted, then players could keep on joining and leaving until it was eventually canceled.

For now, the answer to “how to fix Quickplay” in Anthem, is unfortunately to simply avoid the mode entirely. Starting a mission from scratch is probably going to take less time than trying to find a Quickplay mission that isn’t bugged. As crazy as that sounds, it’s really your only option until BioWare rolls out an update or patch to properly fix the issue.
