The Division 2 Clan Cache Bug | Where are my weekly rewards?

The Division 2 clan cache bug cropped up for the first time on Tuesday, March 19. This isn’t surprising, given that it’s the first weekly challenge reset that the game has had since it launched for those who bought a special edition.

You, and the rest of your clan, can work together to complete weekly challenges known as projects. Successfully navigating these earns you clan XP (CXP). Depending on how much CXP you have at the end of any week, your clan is rewarded with a bronze, silver, or gold clan cache as a reward.

That would be the case if everyone had received them, but some haven’t. Players have taken to the game’s PC and PS4 support forums to query why they haven’t been gifted their rewards. Some have revealed that none of their clan members got the clan cache they expected, while others said their mates had and they hadn’t.

With this issue being such a recent one, there’s no chance that Ubisoft or Massive have had a chance to look into this yet. Ubi-Swaggins, one of Ubisoft’s community support staff, did mention in the PS4 thread that the team required video evidence to see what exactly the problem was. They haven’t determined its cause yet so, if you’ve been affected by this, you can help Ubisoft sort a fix for it.

Your best bet is to post footage, in one of the above threads, to give them a clearer picture of the bug. Ubisoft and Massive can work on locating the error’s origin, and sort a patch to help fix it. We’re in an age now where many are expecting imminent changes, but plenty of work still has to be done to collate evidence and work on a patch from there, unfortunately. At least you can help speed up the whole process.
