The Division 2 ECHO-07 error fix
If you’ve been hit by The Division 2 Echo-07 error, your best chance of reconnecting is to sort out your own internet connection. For Xbox One and PS4 owners, this couldn’t be simpler. You can turn off your internet modem, or restart it, and wait for it to reconnect to the internet.
Once it has, you can try logging out and back into your Xbox Live or PSN account. Head to the settings menu, and find the internet connection sub-menu.
