What is the Borderlands 3 Season Pass price? It’s a fair question and, as Gearbox’s latest entry in the Borderlands franchise has been announced and fans are understandably excited, it’s one that needs answering. This particular series is well-known for its copious amounts of DLC — just look at all the downloadable content that exists for Borderlands 2 on Steam.
We only know a few key facts about the Season Pass for Borderlands 3. To start, the Season Pass will include four as-yet-unnamed campaign DLC packs. What exactly these will be is a mystery, but we can reasonably expect to see some new missions (perhaps in a new zone) and probably some new equipment as well. Players who buy the Season Pass will also get three “Butt Stallion” cosmetics for purchasing the Season Pass. All of that aside, only one question remains: what is the Borderlands 3 Season Pass price and how do you get it?

We know that the Borderlands 3 release date is set for September 2019 and that the Season Pass will deliver all of its content within the first year of the game’s release, right up until September 2020. That information aside, how do you get it and what does it cost?
Unfortunately, it isn’t yet possible to purchase the Season Pass on its own just yet. As you can see in our Borderlands 3 Pre-order Guide, the Season Pass is only available with the Borderlands 3 Super Deluxe Edition (priced at $99.99) and the even-pricier Borderlands 3 Collector’s Edition (which will run you a cool $249.99). What’s worse, the Borderlands 3 Collector’s Edition is only available for console players at the moment.
While we can’t yet buy the Season Pass on its own, we can make a reasonable guess about what it would cost. Borderlands 3 Standard Edition costs $59.99, the Deluxe Edition costs $79.99 and adds some cosmetic goodies, and the Super Deluxe Edition includes all of the stuff in the Deluxe Edition along with the Season Pass. With that established, we can reasonably guess that the Borderlands 3 Season Pass price will probably be at least $19.99 and no more than $39.99.
