Daemon X Machina Multiplayer | Is there online co-op?
Daemon X Machina looks to offer players fast-paced third-person shooting sci-fi mech action on a rather grand scale when it launches exclusively on Nintendo Switch on September 13, 2019. Kenichiro Tsukuda’s latest looks to be a love letter for the mech action genre. Based on the footage we’ve seen so far along with the game’s demo that released earlier this year, the screen is nearly always busy with enemies, damage numbers, and more. What if, however, there was some kind of Daemon X Machina multiplayer?
Tsukuda took to the Nintendo E3 Treehouse livestream to confirm that Daemon X Machina does indeed feature online multiplayer. From launch, there will be a Daemon X Machina online co-op mode. You will be able to head online to take part in up to four-player co-op missions. What these missions will be like, however, you’ll have to wait and see for yourself. All we know is that the four-player online co-op missions mode will be available from the game’s launch.
Tsukuda confirmed during the Daemon X Machina Treehouse livestream that online competitive multiplayer will also be coming to the game after it releases on September 13, 2019. Unfortunately, no further details were given. All we know is that online competitive multiplayer will be added to Daemon X Machina at some stage in the future.
