Minecraft Earth Griefing

Whether you like it or not, other players you invite into your Build Mode sessions in Minecraft Earth have the potential to mess everything up. Anyone you invite to take part in your Build Mode can engage in some form of Minecraft Earth griefing. This includes stealing blocks from you, destroying your builds, and even placing hostile mobs to wind you up. Anything you can think of that might annoy you, other players can do to you in Minecraft Earth tabletop Build mode.

Your Build Plate is anyone’s game if you’re playing with others. However, you’ll be glad to know that in life-size Play mode, everything is yours to do with what you want. You can make the world burn or make it a better place. It doesn’t matter. Any griefing you do in life-size Play mode is reset once you end your play session.

Based on all of this, we’d recommend that you only invite friends that you know won’t give you grief in tabletop Build mode. If you don’t want anyone to mess up your builds at all, and can’t live with the pressure, don’t invite anyone to play with you in tabletop Build mode. If you’ve accepted the potential consequences, find out how to invite other players into your Minecraft Earth game with our guide.
